In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered against James Michael Downey of Carroll on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Eric Nathan Ranker Jr of Scranton, theft- fifth degree; Christian Michael O’Brien of Jefferson, theft- fifth degree; and Richard Dean Washington of Des Moines, possession of drug paraphernalia.
